Andrew Lessman

Andrew Lessman is a dedicated financial advisor with a strong foundation in business analysis, risk management, and data-driven decision-making. With over a decade of experience in the insurance industry and a background in legal negotiations, he brings a thoughtful and analytical approach to client service at Sharper Granite.

Mr. Lessman began his career in legal negotiations before joining National Interstate Insurance, an affiliate of American Financial Group. Over nearly ten years with the firm, he served in both audit and business analysis roles, where he developed expertise in operational auditing, statistical modeling, and data visualization. His passion for data analytics and financial systems led him to pursue an MBA focused on finance and analytics.

Mr. Lessman holds a Master of Business Administration in Executive Management from Ashland University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Bowling Green State University.

Since joining Sharper Granite in 2022, Mr. Lessman has become a valued contributor to the advisory team. Known for his strong research capabilities and analytical mindset, he supports clients through comprehensive portfolio analysis and planning.
