Our Team

Andrew Lessman graduated in 2006 from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Arts in History followed by a Master of Business Administration in Executive Management from Ashland University in 2021.

Mr. Lessman began his career in legal negotiations before spending almost a decade in the insurance industry with National Interstate Insurance, an affiliate of American Financial Group, where he developed and honed skills in business and risk analysis. As an auditor, and later a business analyst, he explored a fascination with statistical analysis and data visualization which led him to focus on data analytics and finance during his MBA studies.

In the fall of 2022 Mr. Lessman joined Sharper Granite as a financial advisor and has quickly become a valuable member of our team, exhibiting strong research skills, and providing insightful analysis.
